Refund & Returns Policy

1) Our promise

We want you to love your Cherreh Pic gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you make it right—through a return, exchange, or store credit according to the guidelines below.

2) Return window

  • Refund to original payment method: within 14 days of delivery.

  • Exchange or store credit: within 30 days of delivery.

  • To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging.

3) Non-returnable / final-sale items

For hygiene, customization, or limited-release reasons, the following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange (unless defective on arrival):

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Limited-drop “final sale” items (marked on product page)

  • Underwear, socks, face coverings

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Mystery/grab-bag items

4) Exchanges (size/color)

Need a different size or color? Email etchmediaandapparel@gmail.com within the timeframes above. We’ll hold the replacement (if in stock) once your return is scanned in by the carrier or received at our facility.

5) Defective, damaged, or wrong item

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at etchmediaandapparel@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging
    We’ll fix it with a replacement, repair, or refund—including return shipping if we request the item back.

6) How to start a return

  1. Email etchmediaandapparel@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a return address (and a label if applicable).

  3. Ship within 7 days of approval and keep your tracking number.

Return shipping costs:

  • Customer-paid for change-of-mind, fit, or preference returns.

  • Etch Media and Apparel-paid for approved defects/damage or shipping errors.

7) Condition checks & partial refunds

We inspect all returns. We may deny or issue a partial refund for items that arrive used, washed, stained (makeup/deodorant), scented (smoke/perfume), missing tags/packaging, or otherwise not in resaleable condition. If a return is refused, we can ship it back to you at your expense.

8) Refund timing

Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 3–5 additional business days to appear.

  • Shipping fees and Duties/Taxes (for international orders) are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.

9) International orders

International customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes. We cannot refund customs fees charged by your country. Marking a return as “returned merchandise” on customs forms can help avoid additional import charges.

10) Packages marked delivered but not received

If a package is marked Delivered by the carrier but you can’t locate it, please check with neighbors/household and contact the carrier first. We’ll assist where we can, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

11) Order cancellations & address changes

Orders begin processing quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us ASAP. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has been submitted, but we’ll try.

12) Price adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on past orders unless explicitly stated during a promotion.

13) Chargebacks

We’re here to help. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us can slow down resolution. Please reach out—most issues can be solved faster and more fairly together.

14) Policy updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices. Changes apply to orders placed after the Effective date listed at the top of this page.
